Alabama Police Department Data Breach (2015)

Brynn Elizabeth Herring, the wife of a Prattville police officer, got a suspended sentence after using her husband's password to access the Law Enforcement Tactical System database. Affidavits by investigators say she did it to apply for credit cards in someone else's name.
