Xtra Mile Ambulance Service Data Breach (2015)

KRGV reports that patient and employee records from Xtra Mile Ambulance Service Company were found in a dumpster at a storage facility. The ambulance company is no longer in business. The medical files contain personal information including Social Security numbers, addresses and bank account numbers.
