Mac-Torrents Data Breach (2015)

Mac-Torrents.com, a website that provided torrent downloads for Mac software, reportedly experienced a data breach in 2015. The breach exposed the personal information of around 100,000 users, including usernames, email addresses, and passwords. The passwords were hashed using MD5, a weak algorithm that is vulnerable to cracking.
