LOTRO Data Breach (2013)

The popular interactive video game, Lord of the Rings Online, fell victim to a data breach in August 2013, compromising over 1.1 million player accounts. The stolen data, which was actively traded in the underground forums, comprised of email addresses, and password hashes.
