Upper Skagit Valley Casino Resort/Bally Technologies Data Breach (2012)

A partner (Bally Technologies, Inc.) experienced a burglary from an employee's home office, which resulted in the theft of a computer containing customer data. Data included name, driver's license number, SSN and bank account information.
