Univeristy of New Mexico Hospital Data Breach (2015)

UNM Hospital is notifying more than 2,800 patients of a data breach. They say that limited medical information may have been mailed to a wrong address due to a technical issue with the hospital's billing systems. Information like the names of patients, their providers' names and medical services they received were included in the breach.
