Under Armour Data Breach (2012)

the breach of security involved the companies publishing firm, Price Waterhouse Coopers. A Price Waterhouse Coopers employee, in connection with a recent company audit, send an unencrypted thumb drive containing certain payroll information about the company employees by mail. That thumb drive, which contained the names and Social Security numbers of a number of employees, along with limited other information, was lost around April 12, 2012. We have not been able to locate the thumb drive.
