TooJay Data Breach (2012)

A woman pleaded guilty in federal court Thursday to stealing credit card numbers from TooJay's customers via a skimming device when she worked at the Orlando deli as a waitress. In her plea agreement, Jessica Soviero admits her ex-boyfriend gave her a skimmer and paid her cash and in gift cards to use the device on TooJay's customers' credit cards.
