On February 21, 2018, Teal, Becker & Chiaramonte, CPAs, P.C. (TBC) were alerted by New York State Department of Taxation and Finance (“NYSDTF”) that approximately 50 fraudulent tax returns were filed for 2017 under TBC’s electronic filing ID number.
