SoundCloud Data Breach (2025)

SoundCloud Data Breach was disclosed in December 2025 after the company identified unauthorised activity that enabled an attacker to link publicly available SoundCloud profile information to user email addresses. The incident impacted approximately 20% of SoundCloud users and exposed around 30M unique email addresses alongside names, and usernames. The attacker later attempted to extort SoundCloud before publicly releasing the dataset the following month.
