Royal Bank of Scotland Group PLC Data Breach (2013)

Police in Stirlingshire have been investigating a spate of incidents in which thieves out to plunder bank accounts have added skimming devices to hole-in-the-wall machines. Police probing ATM fraud in Stirlingshire have this week made arrests. Three Lithuanian men were taken into custody following a police operation in East Kilbride. They were due to appear at Stirling Sheriff Court yesterday (Thursday).
