Olive Garden Restaurant Data Breach (2013)

The indictment charges that Strother was an employee at Olive Garden and that Willis gave him a credit card skimming device to read and store credit and debit account numbers of cards used for payment. Strother used the device to swipe customers credit and debit cards and then returned the device to Willis, who used the numbers to purchase items at other businesses, the indictment charges.
