NSW Ambulance Data Breach (2016)

More than 100 paramedics will launch a class action against NSW Ambulance after their health records were leaked to personal injury law firms. A NSW Ambulance contractor was convicted last year after accessing and selling the worker's compensation files of 130 current and former employees to personal injury solicitors. The files contained information about the paramedics' physical and mental health.
