On February 22, 2013, we inadvertently published the names and SSNs of 13 deceased individuals on a website maintained for the New Hampshire Department of Health and Human Services (DHHS). We were informed of this matter by DHHS on March 20, 2013, and immediately took the website offline and removed the information.
