Mobilex USA Data Breach (2014)

On or about May 1, 2014, Mobilex mailed a package from its office in Indiana to a corporate office in Pennsylvania. The package contained patient records related to x-ray services that Mobilex provided. After numerous emails and phone calls to inquire about the package, on or about June 13, 2014, the carrier confirmed that the package was lost and could not be found.
