Description
A fraudster installed a "skimming device" at a Derby cashpoint machine and now police want help tracing someone in connection to the crime. This man was captured on CCTV next to two cash machines outside the Lloyds and Natwest banks in Osmaston Road, Derby, between March 24 and 26.
