Leeds Rhinos Data Breach (2013)

The Super League champions have appealed for the return of a laptop containing vital data which was stolen during a break-in at the Halifax home of the club's conditioning coach Richard Hunwick on Tuesday night. Theives stole the keys to Hunwick's car, a VW Golf, and a rucksack containing the computer and GPS equipment used to monitor the players' fitness. Hunwick said: "The laptop is useless to anyone apart from us as it just has data and spreadsheets on it.
