Having recently purchased the practice formerly known as Westlake Medical Center, Hunt Regional Medical Partners Family Practice at Westlake is taking full responsibility for the potential breach. After being informed of the incident, Hunt Regional Medical Partners and the local Sherriffs department began an immediate investigation and are in the process of notifying the affected patients.
