Hancock Physician Network Data Breach (2013)

Hancock OB/GYN employee accessed 1,396 patient records out of non work-related "curiosity". The unauthorized access took place between November 9, 2011 and June 17, 2013. Information accessed included: patient's name, date of service, medical record number and information regarding care provided. The practice sent letters to affected patients.
