An civilian employee with DeKalb County Police Department is no longer working for the force, authorities said. DeKalb County Police arrested Shirley Waters Monday and charged her with Computer Invasion of Privacy. Waters was an aide with the Auto Theft Unit with the police department. Investigators said they began looking into Waters after an accident victim filed a complaint. According to officials, the aide was accused of providing and selling vehicle accident information to another man, Reginald Earl Jenkins. Police issued felony warrants for Bribery and Criminal Conspiracy to Commit Computer Invasion of Privacy for Jenkins. He was arrested early Tuesday morning.
