A waitress at a Dave & Busters location on Long Island has been arrested and stands accused of being involved in an identity theft scheme and using a skimming device to collect credit card information from customers, Nassau County police said March 17. Investigators allege that starting in the beginning of March, Tressa Walker, 19, of Rosedale, Queens, was using a skimming device to copy the credit card information of her customers at a Dave & Busters restaurant in Westbury.
