Child and Family Services of New Hampshire Data Breach (2013)

On March 19, 2013, CFS learned that 23 client files were stolen from a secure area in CFS's main office some time between 3/15 and 3/18/13. The information in the files contained names, addresses, DOB, Medicaid Number and health information/notes. The files did not contain SSNs or other financial data.
