Bizmatics, Inc. Data Breach (2015)

On March 30, 2016, Integrated Health Solutions, P.C. was informed by Bizmatics, Inc. ("Bizmatics"), our electronic medical records service provider, that it experienced unauthorized access to its records which may have included our patient records. This information may include name, address, social security number and health visit information. Although we have been working with Bizmatics to determine whether our records were actually accessed, unfortunately Bizmatics is unable definitively rule out that information has not been accessed. Integrated Health Solutions, values your privacy and deeply regrets that this incident occurred and is working closely with its advisors and Bizmatics to ensure the incident is properly addressed, including, a review of our data security measures in order to help prevent a recurrence of such an attack. We have also contacted relevant state and federal authorities regarding this issue.
