Bill & Melinda Gates Foundation Data Breach (2012)

An employee accidentally attached the wrong version of a spreadsheet to an email sent to a number of foundation vendors. The spreadsheet contained information about vendors of the foundation. The spreadsheet contained name, address, phone, SSN and information about payment history.
