Description
Outgoing Prime Minister Elio Di Rupo was the victim of a theft in the centre of Brussels. A thief targeted his official car and managed to get away with the PM's laptop computer and some personal belongings. The news was released by Het Nieuwsblad and has been confirmed to the VRT.
