Becton, Dickinson and Company Data Breach (2013)

Internal actor copied trade secrets before quitting and planning on moving back to India. DLP discovered the data transfer and suspect was arrested on June 20, 2013. Hard drives seized were found to store trade secrets from 2 organizations. The first victim company was modeled in a separate incident.
